Do Yellow Fairies offer international Delivery?

All Website orders are only shipped within the UAE. If you have any questions relating to retail orders from another GCC country, please send a email to us admin@yellowfairies.com with your details so one of our team can contact you.

What If I Want To Cancel My Order?

Once your order has been placed and dispatched it cannot be cancelled. Please email us admin@yellowfairies.com to speak with a member of the Yellow Fairies team who will review your request. 

Is There A Minimum Spend For Free Delivery?

For free delivery in UAE only the minimum spend is 300AED.

Can I Change The Address Of My Delivery?

Please ensure all contact details and delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. You may be able to change the delivery address once our courier partner contacts you.

How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order?

Once your order is placed, delivery will be between 1-2 days with our delivery partners in UAE. For international orders our team will share the approx timeframe. No deliveries are made on Sundays. Delivery schedules during holiday periods are subject to an announcement or delays.

Do we offer exchanges or Refunds?

If a product is found to be defected (example a pump doesn’t work) we will replace it or refund as long as the defected product is reported within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons. We also will not accept returns of promotional or gifted items. No shipping charges will be refunded from the original order.
